MINUTES FEBRUARY 5, 2020

The meeting of February 5, 2020 was called to order at 7:30 PM by M. Silbermann.
L. Fitzgerald made a motion to approve the minutes of 1/15/2020, seconded by B. Lambert. All in favor, motion carried.
Gregory McCracken representing Ashford Realty Trust and owner of said trust, attended the meeting with questions related to developing land on Motel/Fish Point Rd.
Glen Latour of 121 Barrows Rd. submitted an application to build a house. L. Fitzgerald made a motion to approve application, seconded by B. Lambert. All in favor, Permit #20001 issued. $210. Zoning fee and $25. Driveway permit.
David Eaton submitted an application for the Town of Union/Union Elementary School to put a gazebo up on the location of the Old School Building. This will fulfill a grant that was awarded to the Town from the Last Green Valley. B. Kapplan made a motion to waive fees, seconded by L. Fitzgerald. All in favor, fees waived. B. Kapplan made a motion to approve application, seconded by L. Fitzgerald. All in favor, Permit #20002 issued.
L. Fitzgerald made a motion to add John Dennerley of 30 Kinney Hollow Rd. to the agenda. An application was submitted for a 12x20 foot shed. Said application was accepted and will be acted on at the next meeting. An $85.00 fee was paid.
Mary Huda requested that the commission review a Town Line Boundary map for the upcoming census. Said map reviewed and all agreed that boundaries appeared correct.
ZEO report – Josh Lambert addressed a concern regarding ‘soil material’ that is located at 80 Cemetery Rd. All the material is from the site, nothing was brought in to site. There is no violation.
L. Fitzgerald moved to adjourn, seconded by B. Lambert. Meeting adjourned at 8:27 PM.
