February 15, 2017
The February 15, 2017 meeting was called to order at 7:32 p.m. by M. Silbermann.
B. Lambert moved to approve minutes, seconded by L. Fitzgeral. Minutes of 2/1/2017 approved.
Scott Mangold asked to be added to agenda. J. Popp made a motion to add, seconded by B. Lambert. All in favor motion carried.
Mr. Mangold wants to convert the barn built at 119 Webster Rd. into a home. He needs approval from Department of Public Health. He was hoping to keep the lot lines from when the property was subdivided. He is looking at all the option for the septic and reserve. He will return once he has Health Dept approval.
Andrew Laroche attended the meeting and submitted an application for a house on 201 Stickney Hill Rd. Owner is Willard and Kathleen Paul. He has a driveway permit. $25.00 paid for driveway. $210.00 paid for zoning permit #17002. B. Lambert made a motion to approve application, seconded by L. Fitzgerald.
ZEO David Eaton had nothing to report.
B. Lambert made a motion to adjourn seconded by J. Popp and the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:58 p.m.
