The March 15, 2017 meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by M. Silbermann.
B. Lambert moved to approve minutes, seconded by B. Kapplan. Minutes of 3/1/2017 approved.
Scott Mangold attended the meeting with an application to convert an existing barn on his property at 119 Webster Rd into a home. Received approval from DPH for septic. B. Lambert moved to approve, seconded by J. Popovitch. All in favor, motion carried. Permit #17005 issued. Needs AS BUILT once complete.
Kristin Leffingwell attended the meeting with an application for a chicken coop. 10 x 12 foot. B. Kapplan made a motion to approve seconded by B. Lambert. Permit # 17004 issued. $85.00 paid.
Bill Shemanski submitted an application for a 12 x 14 three season addition where a previous deck was. B. Kapplan moved to approve, seconded by B. Lambert. $85.00 paid. Permit #17006
L. Fitzgerald made a motion to add Stan Calabrese, seconded by B. Lambert. Interested in putting a drive threw eating establishment at the Trinque business strip. Would need to go through a special permit process.
A letter was received by DPH at 21-25 Howard Rd. Well does not meet the setback sit line as described in the regulations. ZEO will contact DPH and or land owner for more information as to property lines in relation to well.
B. Lambert made a motion to adjourn seconded by B. Kapplan, the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
