The July 18, 2018 meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm M. Silbermann.
The minutes of the June 27th hearing and meeting were read. C. Burner made a motion to approve with the following amendments: Motion to revert special development zone back to rural residential seconded by M. Kneeland.
Motion seconded by J. Popovitch. Minutes approved with chanage.
The as built for Campers Inn was reviewed. It did not show the drain system that was approved with a trench, and holding tank. The engineer will be contacted by D. Eaton, ZEO.
The CO was not signed.
Presa’s did not attend the meeting.
A letter was written to Mabel Whyte related to a house that burned at 19 Gilbronson Rd. A copy of letter will be placed in file for property.
A motion was made B. Kapplan, seconded by K. Braithwaite to approve bill for legal notices related to zone change, all in favor motion carried.
B. Kapplan made a motion to adjourn seconded by C. Burner, the motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:52 p.m.
