BOARD OF FINANCE REGULAR MEETING – August 21, 2018
 
The hearing was called to order by Board of Finance Chair Christopher Santucci at 7:00 pm. Members present: Christopher Santucci, Tim Vennart and Dennis Sienna. 
 
The minutes of the June 19, 2018 regular meeting were reviewed. A motion was made by Tim Vennart to approve the minutes as read. Dennis Sienna seconded the motion. The motion was carried. 
 
First Selectman Dave Eaton joined the meeting discussions.
 
The members discussed the 7/11/18 2017-2018 Revenue, Expenditure and Vendor History Report; the 7/25/18 2018-19 Revenue, Expenditure and Vendor History Report; Fraud, Risk Management, Internal Controls and Town Policies; and 5 Year Planning. The future school enrollment and the 8/21/18 Tax Collector Report was also reviewed.
 
A motion was made by Dennis Sienna to adjourn at 7:25 pm. Tim Vennart seconded the motion. The motion was carried
