Ages 6 months and up

Vaccines Provided: Pfizer, Moderna, J&J, pediatric Pfizer

The updated COVID-19 vaccines provide an immune response that is protective against the omicron variant BA.4 and BA.5 omicron variants.

The Moderna booster is approved for individuals 18 years of age and older

The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 booster is authorized for use as a single booster dose in individuals 12 years of age and older.

Only those who have completed their primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine should receive this updated booster.

TOWN OF UNION CONNECTICUT

Union was the last town to be settled east of the Connecticut River, largely because of its rough terrain and poor soil. In 1633, John Oldham, an adventurer from Massachusetts, obtained specimens of black lead or graphite from the Indians. During the Revolutionary War Governor Trumbull tapped this valuable resource for use at cannon foundries. On July 1, 1720 the General Assembly sold 12,500 acres to 12 proprietors for 307 pounds, comprising the area that is now Union.
