The May 19, 2021 meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by B. Kapplan.

Minutes from 5/5/2021 were reviewed and approved with the following change:  Sec. 2.01.03b changed to 2.10.03b (regarding roadside stands).

Mr. Raymond Crossen attended the meeting to respond to a letter received from ZEO M. Kneeland.  He has a small shed for garden tools/supplies in what would be his front yard.  He will relocate this to the rear/side yard to be in compliance with Zoning Regulations.  He indicated that there is a trailer/camper on the property that he is working on and will be removing it in July.

Bill Hull submitted a wetland application to do repairs on a dam on his property off Kinney Hollow Rd.  The application was received and accepted by the Commission. 

The POCD was tabled.  B. Kapplan is still entering the information into a PDF file.

Lincoln Gottier of Stickney Hill Rd will be contacted again to obtain his ‘as built’.

Mike Kneeland withdrew his wetlands application for his property on Buckley Hwy across from the State DOT.

J. Popovitch made a motion to adjourn, seconded by B. Kapplan.   Meeting adjourned at 8:04 pm.
