MINUTES FEBRUARY 2, 2022

Members Present:

Carol Berner – alternate seated

The meeting of February 2, 2022 was called to order at 7:34 PM by L. Fitzgerald.

Minutes of Jan 19, 2022 were reviewed.   L. Fitzgerald did not second the minutes of 1/5/2022, J. Popovitch did.  L. Fitzgerald made a motion to approve with amendment, seconded by C. Berner. 

B. Hull wants to put a hunting cabin on property off Kinney Hollow Rd.  He needs to get approval from Health Department and to submit an application.  L. Fitzgerald contacted him.  This will be tabled.

Affordable housing was discussed.  Alexis Meehan will be contacted with some questions.  L. Fitzgerald wanted to wait for this information and a meeting when there were more members present.

Marijuana was discussed.  The commission will place a moratorium on this until regulations are updated. 

The commission members discussed /accessory apartments.  L. Fitzgerald made a motion to opt out, seconded by M. Kneeland.  All agreed.  Motion carried.

C. Berner made a motion to adjourn, seconded by L. Fitzgerald.  Adjourned at 7:53pm.
