MINUTES March 16, 2022

Members Present:

The meeting of March 16, 2022 was called to order at 7:30 PM by L. Fitzgerald.

Minutes of March 2, 2022 reviewed.  C. Berner made a motion to approve, seconded by J. Popovitch.  Minutes approved.

Alexis Meehan attended the meeting to discuss a plan for affordable housing.  She presented a power point. 

ZEO M. Kneeland discussed various issues reported to him. 

He will meet with C. Berner to identify her property line related to Ms. Berner’s complaint about the waste from the horse stable next to her property.

He will contact Mr. Bell of 1 Mashapaug Rd regarding reports of change of use for the cabins located at this location.

C. Berner made a motion to adjourn, seconded by L. Fitzgerald.  Adjourned at 8:05pm.
