The April 6, 2022 meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by M. Silbermann.

Minutes from 3/16/2022 were reviewed and approved.


David Bell of 1 Mashapaug Rd attended the meeting.  B. Kapplan made a motion to add Mr. Bell to the agenda, seconded by B. Lambert.  He is renting out cabins at this location.  He has not received any permits for this.  The applicable regulations will be reviewed/discussed for permit requirements.  This is not his principal home.


David Forkey of Howard Rd attended the meeting.  B. Kapplan made a motion to add Mr. Forkey to the agenda, seconded by M. Kneeland.   Mr. Forkey wants to replace an existing Cabin on the property, update the utilities and add an additional 10’.  He will submit an application with a site plan, fee and required health department approvals.  This will be discussed once application is received. 


The ongoing silt runoff from Camper’s Inn as well as the issues with road blocking from campers was discussed.  The overage of campers are being stored on other properties in that area alleviating road issues.  An email from the General Manager regarding the silt issue was received.


Mr Peterson for Chris Williams was unable to attend the meeting but he had talked to M. Silbermann.  Chris wants to do a lot line adjustment obtaining 3 acres from Gibson property on Mashapaug Rd.  This will be checked to see if Ms. Gibson will be doing a subdivision (free cut) or a re-subdivision of her property.  M. Silbermann will contact Mr. Peterson.


J. Popovitch made a motion to adjourn, seconded by B. Lambert.   Meeting adjourned at 8:45 pm.
