Town Clerk – Sportsman License Information:

Sportsman Licenses are available at the Town Clerk’s Office or at the State of Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection.

No Hunting or Trapping Licenses will be issued to any person unless proof is provided of a prior hunting license not more than 5 years old OR proof of the successful completion of the Connecticut Conservation Education/Firearms Safety course. Courses are available through the Bureau of Natural Resources.

The following Permits are only available from the State of Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection. Applications are available in the Town Clerk’s Office or online. Please return all applications to the DEEP.
